Natives are enemies and allies and in Pitfall Lost Expedition.
Blue Mask and Renegade Natives need the Sweep Kick to defeat them, but later on with more moves/gear the Shield, TNT, spin attack with the Pickaxes, and Heroic Handbook moves like the Smash Strike and Breakdance can defeat them.
Blue Mask natives are enemies at first and can be found in the Heart of the Jungle and Native Territory but after acquiring the shield from the Initiation Rights the Blue Mask natives leave Harry alone.
Renegade Natives are found in the Native Territory (once become allies with the Blue Mask Natives the Renegade Natives appear in both Heart of the Jungle and Native Territory areas the Blue Mask ones would prior)
Snow Bowlers can be found in the Mountains and will try to hit Harry with their mask if too close and if far enough away with build up a snow ball/boulder till they crash into something and keep going if they bowl over Harry.
In some levels like Viraoccha Mountain they may need to be defeated to reveal an idol hidden. Similar to the birds hidden in ferns in Battered Bridge.
Spinjas can be found in the Mountains and are Natives wielding pickaxes that use a spin attack and can only be interrupted by the Pickaxe spin attack or TNT.

Harry can't seem to communicate that he means no harm Can't say we blame the natives they think you purposely caused the big explosion from the sky to fall right into their backyard! For the sake of self-defense you'll have to knock the natives out unless you want to be pelted by coconuts. be prepared though. Some natives have trained to survive in different terrain.
